As we all are now through with the concept of Project Management? The Project managers! Who are they and what are their jobs? A project Manager is a person who has the responsibility or say an obligation to deliver the project from the project board to run that piece of project on routine basis.
A Project Manager is liable to lead and manage the project team with his mental alertness and readiness. He is liable with the important role of interfacing between the project and business area.
All the roles have a different importance not only for the completion of the project or working area but also for the communication, analyzing the need for transformation and change within the business area in tandem with the delivery or exposure of new capabilities from the project.
A Project Manager should be mentally alert just to compare the dynamic nature of business to exploit the new capabilities which is crucial to success.
Without the alertness there arises the problem of disruption and delay in the execution of the plans for the benefits realizations. He also needs to scan the dynamic environment to get the better opportunities for the development of contingency plans.
